Complete mechanical assembly is the stage in which electronic boards, cabling, connectors and mechanical parts are integrated into the final product. SCEN coordinates structural assembly, subassembly insertion, component fastening, interface management and verification of correct integration between electronics and mechanics. This approach allows the customer to rely on a single point of contact not only for board production, but also for the creation of the complete device.

Before final assembly, SCEN can support the customer in verifying the feasibility of the concept and the planned mechanical solutions. The team assesses dimensions, fastening systems, accessibility, cabling, connectors, dissipation, protections and compatibility with internal production processes. This phase makes it possible to identify potential criticalities before production, improving assemblability, reliability and repeatability of the finished product.

Before box build, SCEN verifies the availability and consistency of PCBAs, mechanical parts, cabling, connectors, fastening systems and functional subassemblies. This phase ensures that every element is ready for final integration, reducing assembly criticalities, rework and misalignment between electronics, mechanics and cabling.

Box build is the stage in which all electronic, mechanical and connection elements are assembled inside the final enclosure, giving shape to the complete product. The process may include assembly of PCBAs, cabling, connectors, panels, displays, sensors, mechanical elements, custom parts and functional subassemblies. In this way, SCEN can deliver an integrated device to the customer, ready for final testing, use or market delivery.
