SCEN was founded in 2006 in Trieste, the city of science, known worldwide for its strong vocation for innovation thanks to a unique concentration of international scientific institutions of excellence and a vibrant community of researchers, start-ups and technology companies. This stimulating environment continues to strengthen SCEN’s expertise. To date, SCEN has supported its customers in the development of more than 13,000 projects where the quality of microelectronics plays a decisive role.

SCEN’s Smart Factory manages the entire EMS/ODM service cycle in an integrated way, offering customers a single point of contact for microelectronics, cabling and mechanics across every stage: from concept and prototypes to finished product launch and beyond.
Each production stage is entrusted to specialized departments serving advanced research, medical, defense and aerospace sectors, perfectly synchronized within the production chain in a single covered area of 5,000 sqm divided into 18 areas. This total control ensures technological excellence, component optimization, high performance quality and fast delivery, which are essential for research, development and time to market.
