Rapid prototyping makes it possible to test solutions, correct critical issues and prepare the project for industrialization with reduced timing and greater technical control.

The SCEN team can support customers in concept assessment, component selection, specification definition and first prototype development. The goal is to turn an idea or experimental solution into a verifiable, documented and technically consistent prototype.

Prototyping allows technical solutions to be tested quickly, while modifying layout, components, firmware, mechanics or cabling and reducing risks before production. Rapid iterations help identify critical issues early and accelerate time to market.

Once the prototype is validated, SCEN supports the transition toward stable production: DFM, DFT, BOM, testability, panelization, assembly processes, testing and packaging. This enables first batches or scalable production with greater reliability.
