Testing, programming and advanced analysis

Functional testing, board programming, ICT/Flying Probe, dedicated fixtures, burn-in, climatic tests and 3D X-ray laboratory.

SCEN supports customers in the technical verification of electronic products through functional testing, programming, electrical tests and advanced analyses. The goal is to validate performance, identify defects, support diagnosis and ensure reliability before delivery or market release.

The testing area can create dedicated fixtures and connect to the customer designers’ platforms to perform functional tests and programming. This makes it possible to verify the real behavior of the board and adapt testing to product specifications.

ICT and Flying Probe make it possible to check continuity, components, connections and electrical functionality. Flying Probe is particularly useful for prototypes and small batches, as it enables flexible inspections without dedicated fixtures.

The internal nanofocus 3D X-ray analysis laboratory enables inspection of non-visible solder joints, hidden components and complex packages such as BGA, uBGA and QFN. This capability is useful for diagnosis, failure analysis, industrialization and hidden defect detection.

SCEN can subject components and boards to severe operating conditions to reveal early defects, thermal stress or reliability issues. Burn-in and climatic tests help validate product behavior under controlled conditions.
