Experience with microelectronic components and assembly lines makes it possible to assess dimensions, miniaturization, electrical performance, component availability, production costs and testability. This approach is useful both to complete an existing concept and to improve a project intended for series production, making it more efficient, reliable and aligned with industrial standards.

The integration of hardware, firmware and software is an essential part of developing complex microelectronic products. SCEN can support customers in developing or optimizing the firmware and software required for board operation, control logic management and interaction with the final system. This makes it possible to approach the project in an integrated way, reducing misalignment between electronics, application functions, testing and industrialization.

When the product requires integration between electronics, mechanics, cabling and final enclosure, SCEN can also support the customer in preliminary mechanical evaluations. Support includes dimensions, fastening systems, interfaces, dissipation, accessibility, assembly, protection and compatibility with internal production processes. This phase does not replace mechanical processing and box build, but prepares the project so that final integration is smoother, more controllable and aligned with the intended use.
